- Your client is a resident of the UK with no immediate intention to live or work permanently abroad
- Your client is employed or self employed earning more than £4,550 per year or performing the functions of a bona fide houseperson1
- Your client is at least 16 years of age but has not yet reached the age of 60
- Your client has been registered with a UK GP continuously for the last 5 years
- Your client pays UK tax (or would, if they were not a houseperson)
- Your client is currently working (if your client is not currently a bona fide houseperson)
- Your clients occupation does not include one of the following;
- Supply Teacher
- Foster Carer
- Armed Forces
- Casual Worker
- Professional Sportsman
- Stuntman
- Seasonal Worker
