Meet your Sales Team
At Cirencester friendly we pride ourselves on our award winning personal service to our IFAs. We have a team of experienced and loyal employees who pull out all the stops to ensure that the Society is a success. With no call centres IFAs have come to expect a highly personal level of service, with a small team in Sales (most IFAs could probably name them) and 3 Business Development Consultants on the ground providing sales support and knowledge.

Tessa, Head of Sales
"My overall responsibility is intermediary support. I ensure that the department runs smoothly, providing strategic support to our Field Sales Team and developing links with our many Network panels. I can provide technical support, respond to literature and illustration requests and thoroughly enjoy speaking to our advisers to help them develop their own sales of individual income protection"

"I'm so torn – I'm fortunate in that I've met many of my rugby heroes so I have to say the ultimate for me would be Richard Gere for THAT moment in the film "Officer and a Gentleman" when he walks into the factory in his Officers Uniform ....lifts Debra Winger up and carries her away! Richard – I'm here waiting!"
Lauren, Sales Administrator
"My Job role is Sales Administrator. I am responsible for providing sales support to both Advisers and our very own Business Development Consultants. This can include things such as talking about the product, producing Illustrations and sending out any Literature needed. I also ensure that the data we have for you (the Advisers) is kept up to date to prevent the BDC's turning up at the wrong address when meeting with you!"

"My role within the Society is Head of Field Sales. I am responsible for the day to day management and running of the external sales team (Business Development Consultants). I also visit IFA's both individually & on a group basis to promote the Society and the Income Assured Plus Contract."
