Welcome to Cirencester friendly’s Member Feedback Page. As a Member owned income protection provider we are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and deliver a product that better reflects your needs. We want to provide the best levels of service to our Members at all times.
To help us achieve this we regularly run ‘Feedback Surveys’ that will provide us with the information to ensure that we give you the highest standards of service at every stage of your income protection contract with Cirencester friendly.

New Member SurveyHow did you find our application process? If you joined the Society from January 4th 2011 you will have received a New Member Survey along with your contract documents. Your experiences with the Society are important to us so Cirencester friendly’s New Member Survey is designed to find out how the application process was for you and is a chance for you to tell how we can improve our service.
