As a mutual we are owned by, and run for our Members - with no shareholders to answer to, this really means we put our customers first. Our staff are Members of the Society so have a vested interest in ensuring that we continue to provide award winning, innovative products and service to all of our clients. Each week we have a ‘Dress Down Friday’ and regularly hold ‘Charity Fundraising Days’ for the Society’s chosen charity of the year. The Chosen charity of 2019 is Gloucestershire Young Carers. Also, as Members of the Society, staff are encouraged to attend the Society’s Annual General Meeting in June.
